Kendra Calore graduated from Purdue University in 2008 with a Bachelor's in Retail Management and a Minor in Communication. She has extensive experience in the real estate industry, having flipped homes with her family and owned and managed rental properties. Kendra is a Military Relocation Professional (MRP) and a Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA). Her accolades include being named a Charleston Realtor of Distinction from 2020 to 2022, a Charleston Real Producer Top 500 Agent in 2022, and a Charleston Real Producer 40 Under 40 Winner in 2022.
Kendra was born and raised on Hilton Head Island, South Carolina, and lived there until she left for college in 2004. She moved to Charleston in January 2009 after graduating from Purdue and lived downtown for a year before settling on Johns Island in 2010. She currently resides there with her husband Mike, to whom she has been married for almost 13 years, their son Brooks (8), their daughter Tatum (4), and their rescue dog Sayde, who is almost 16 years old.
Outside of her professional life, she enjoys going to the pool with her children and traveling, having visited six out of the seven continents, with Asia being the only one left. She is actively involved in her community, participating in the Mt. Zion Elementary PTA and sponsoring the Barrier Islands Little League. Additionally, Kendra created the Charleston Loves Heroes Project, an exclusive incentive program for local heroes. This initiative allows her to give back to the men and women who serve the community by offering a commission-based incentive on home purchases.
